We're accepting new patients and would be glad to have you. Here's what to expect on your first visit, plus how insurance, payment, and emergencies work.
What happens on your first visit
We take the time to understand your history before recommending anything. Your first appointment includes:
- A comprehensive medical and dental history
- A full examination and periodontal evaluation
- Full-mouth digital x-rays
- A personalized treatment plan reviewed with you
We’ll work with you so your oral care plan fits your lifestyle and busy schedule.

Evening appointments available Monday and Thursday until 8 PM.
Insurance
We accept most traditional insurance plans and submit claims on your behalf for maximum reimbursement. We do not participate in HMOs, but we will file your insurance for you if you are free to choose your own dentist.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of treatment. We accept Cash, Debit Card, Mastercard, Visa. Flexible payment schedules are available for orthodontic treatment. Ask our front desk about financial arrangements.
Emergencies
Broken tooth or in pain? Call us and we’ll get you in as soon as possible. We normally book a consultation first, and our intention in that first appointment is to get you out of pain.
