Questions we hear a lot
A few of the things new patients ask most often. Have another question? Call us at (519) 746-3435.
How do I pay for treatment?
Payment is expected at the time of treatment. We accept cash, debit card, Mastercard, and Visa. For orthodontic treatment we offer flexible payment schedules. Ask our front desk about financial arrangements.
Do you accept dental insurance?
We accept most traditional insurance plans and will submit claims on your behalf for maximum reimbursement. We do not participate in HMOs, but we will file your insurance for you if you are free to choose your own dentist.
What happens on my first visit?
You'll complete a comprehensive medical and dental history, then we'll do a full examination, a periodontal evaluation, and full-mouth x-rays. After that we review everything with you and put together a personalized treatment plan.
Do you see children?
Yes. We have a welcoming environment for kids and offer pediatric dental care as well as early orthodontic assessments.
What counts as a dental emergency?
Broken teeth, severe toothaches, lost fillings or crowns, and dental trauma all qualify. Call us and we'll get you in as soon as possible. Our goal in the first appointment is to get you out of pain.
